What are your rates?
No two projects are the same. Our rates vary by equipment and project. It's unfair to both the service provider and the customer to attempt a standardized pricing, which is why we offer free estimates!
My property is located outside of the outlined service area. Will you service my property?
Our service area is just an approximate guide. We encourage you to reach out to inquire! Our service radius may vary by type of project & equipment required.
How do you know if we're safe from damaging any underground utilities?
In Texas, it is law that you must call before you dig. This task is the responsibility of the contractor/service provider; not the homeowner. A one call ticket must be submitted 48 hours prior to project commencement.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all projects require a deposit. The amount will vary based on the total amount due for your project. This not only protects ourselves, but it confirms your project on our books so we can get to your project as quick as possible.
Please note: Projects that require any materials will require a deposit plus cost of materials prior to job commencement.
How long is my estimate valid for?
Most estimates are valid for 21 days (3 weeks). However, if your project requires materials, that time frame may vary due to the rapidly changing costs of said materials. Be sure to refer to your estimate to confirm how long it is valid.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, check, wire transfer, or Venmo (when applicable).
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes!

Our first estimates are always free!
Is there an upcharge for my projects materials?
No, we do not upcharge materials. We may include a fuel fee for pick up & delivery, as necessary.
How do I know my pond will hold water upon completion?
We believe in doing it right the first time. We'll take a sample of the soil to see if clay is available. If clay appears available, we will use what we've retrieved from the pond to pack & seal it. If we find less desirable sandy or rocky soil, we will line it with bentonite sodium to seal it.
Do you offer junk clean up & removal?

Do you offer demolition?
We do offer demolition on outbuildings. We will not offer demolition on any homes or office buildings, due to insurability limitations.
Will you burn the trees & shrubs that are placed in burn piles after my land clearing project?
Yes! We do offer that service as a part of land clearing for an additional fee.
